    Where do I put the meat probe?

    I know that this sounds like a silly question but I am planning on smoking salmon on all 4 racks of my #2.  The question is do I put the meat probe in the salmon on the bottom rack since it is closest to the heat source? Or should it go in another location? Thanks Craig

    Will my turkey burn/dry out if.....

    Do you regret your auber purchase?

    I just purchased an Auber to use with my model 2.  I haven't installed it yet but from reading many posts it seems like many people have had problems with the Auber.  So as the subject matter states, do you regret purchasing your auber unit? Craig - New York
