    First smoke in #3 = 6lb Bird

    Hello all! New to this forum and the Smokin It smoker so I wanted to post my first smoke with my #3. 6 pound bird's been injection brined and seasoned with Bone Suckin Sauce Rub. Im using 4oz Apple wood on this smoke. I just put it in and I'll post some more in a few hours. Thanks! ;D

    Just ordered my SI #3. Making the change to electric from my propane smoker. Should be in next week at the latest!! This forum as been very informative and am looking forward to learning more with an awesome new smoker! Kevin.
