    improvment

    It would be cool if there was a 45 degree or so bevel off shoot at the bottom of the walls, maybe a half inch long.  Then, you could slide heavy foil up under the bevel on three sides to keep crud off the bottom better.

    I love my #2.  Already smoked 2 butts, a couple of prime rib roasts, strip roast, brisket, and doing a slab of bacon tonight.  My only drawback with it is that I don't get a good bark.  I did foil both butts at about 165-170, but I have always done that with my old smoker, and always had a hard...
