Im Smkoing some Salt with Cherry wood. Turn it on, bring it to 100-125. Red light comes on. I go out side its off.... So fun fact the light comes on when you turn it off. When it gets to temp it turns off

I was recommended this smoker from a question I asked on reddit. I am looking forward to trying the Model 2. I own a spice business and we are looking to do our own salts and smoked spices. cant wait to try this bad boy out. we have a long history with catering for events with our fire house.
