    I started with famous dave's but ran into a recipe by, of all people, Bobby Flay. Had both and finger tasted his and Dave's, grown son do it too, could not tell the difference. Cheaper to make it. Probably can find it on google or food network channel channel.

    Ok, my walmart has been carrying pkgs of plate ribs four to a pack.  They are so good. 1. buy ribs 2.     Wild Hogs

    Live in North Akansas and my neighbor has a Hog trap and gets a lot of pigs.  Started to try and smoke them.  First was labeled 'roasts' looked like tenderloins so I over cooked them, to my taste, but they gave me more pork.  The deal is: give me two I smoke one for you and one for me.  Win...
