Living in Alaska and wondering why the smokin-it booklet does not have any fish recipes.  Have Red salmon, King and Halibut in the freezer and want to smoke it.  Anyone have any recipes? I am good with the brine recipe.  I just need better, more detailed recipe than the Smoking Times...
