Smokin-It #3 (purchased in 2014) that replaced a Masterbuilt XL (ugh) and a 10+ Year-Old Big Chief (still used for fish), and few others over the years, along with variety of Weber Gas/Charcoal Grills, Anova Sous Vide, etc. devices.

My butcher called me today to let me know he is picking up 2 sides of pork tomorrow. I will be posting the SI bacon adventure here. Should yield about 25 pounds of bacon

Also, my pork comes from about 30 miles away from me. Such a difference in quality. No shrivel here folks, pure pork goodness!
