Going to do some party ribs. cut up individual, baby backs tomorrow. Has any one done this? Hoping I can fit 2 racks of cut ribs in my number 1. Going to do 1.5 oz of wood. Planing 3 hours at 225 pull and put them in an aluminum pan and cover with sauce for another hour. Then drain and broil.
