If I wanted to set my Auber to cook at 225 for 10 hrs , will this be the way it would look like?

Got it new and waiting on my meat probe they didnít send, playing around trying to learn beforehand a little, like if I wanted to just cook ribs for 5 hrs just change E-1-t- 5 or butt to E-1-F- 199.
