Good Jerkey Recipe

I stumbled on this recipe the other day and decided to try it.  May the IPA was the key.  I think bourbon/whiskey would work too.  I cut the curing salt back to 1/4 teaspoon per pound.  I used 2 handfuls of hickory chips.  Smoked at 165 for 4.5 hours.  Turned out great.
