Just ordered my SI #3. Making the change to electric from my propane smoker. Should be in next week at the latest!! This forum as been very informative and am looking forward to learning more with an awesome new smoker!

Welcome from Texas Kevin! We're glad to have you with us. You'll enjoy the#3 alot. The extra room inside is something you'll appreciate when you smoke either full packer briskets or other large quantities of meat. Happy smokin!
