yup , i just tried this one, My wife loved it and is talking about it 30 minutes later. the grill kept flaming from the fat cap drippings. the aluminum foil caught fire on the grill as well. At that point, i had to pull off the grill
i covered it and after the rest the meat was at 136 and really a little rare for us. 146 is where i like my lamb. i think i will smoke to 125 then grill next time.
overall it was still awesome
