Post by: RG on July 19, 2015, 06:38:40 PM: Mrs. RG decided it was time for some rib and butt action. So, her wish was my command. There are no on the smoker pics involved here, the ribs were done on the Traeger and the butt was done on the SI#3. I didn't brine it, just a mustard slather and Steph's (Mrs. RG) pork rub.
