Congrats, McKay! Pretty sure you will relegate the Primo to grilling duty only, once you get started with the #3! For true smoked Q, you'll find the SI 3
so much easier to use, and you'll smoke meat much more often with it. The ceramics are incredible grills, but the ease of use, with your #3, will blow you away.
