Title: Going from 1 rack to multiple rakes
Post by: Garyfake on December 17, 2018, 06:26:45 PM
Be breaking in my early Christmas present. I have smoked a single rack of baby backs and a single rack of chicken thighs.  I think I am ready to try a multiple rack of some baby backs.  Is there anything I need to do different with multiple racks ?

There's really nothing different you need to do.  If it fits, it smokes.  :)  The main advice I'd give is to not load a single rack down so much that it 'hogs' the smoke.  Space everything around so that it all gets good coverage.  Even then... there's not really anything to worry about.  The smoke will find its way up and through everything.
