Hello from southwest NH
« on: April 12, 2020, 08:14:30 AM »
Hi everyone, Paul from SW NH here. After 3+ years of looking at different types of smokers, from Kamado to pellet, electric and propane I found this forum. After reading your posts about the Smokin-It smokers I decided to give it a go and bought a SI #2DW. I've never smoked anything before and being a complete newby I went with Lazy-Q's instructions for baby back ribs, and even though it was a nasty, cold (mid-30s), windy, rainy day, they were the best ribs I've ever had. Maybe it was beginner's luck, or maybe you folks were right?

Welcome Paul. Your Ribs look fantastic! Congrats on a successful inaugural smoke. I’m sure there will be many more to come. If you have questions, I’m sure you’ll find this forum very helpful.

Welcome.  You saved a lot of money buying a Smokin-It smoker first. Now you don't have to try any other smoker.

Thanks all. I just realized that I had a typo in the subject line - SW NW? Where's that? Anyhow it's fixed now.
