Hello from Minneapolis

Hello All -

I have owned a propane Weber most of my life and have been happy with it.  This past spring, a friend started talking about smokers and giving me samples.  I was hooked.  The search was on to find my own smoker.  I was lucky to find a barely used Smokin-It 3D.  I have made something in my 3D every weekend and it is one of the things I look forward to every week.  I have made salmon, brisket, turkey, and ribs multiple times.  I only have one prior post but look forward to posting more and learning more from Forum members.
