Hello From Nashville

Just got a new 2D and did my first smoke Tuesday.  Boy, the pulled pork was great. Going to try a smoke prime rib soon.  Planning to use the smoker with fish.  Living in Nashville, smoke fish is scarce, so I am going to give a try with some King Mackerel I recently caught!
