Title: My "BBQ Barn"
Post by: lcdearman on November 15, 2020, 04:51:52 PM
Thought I would post a few pictures of my setup. It isn't fancy, but is very functional. My son and I built it this past spring, but it is still evolving. I finally built a stand for my #2 out of some scraps, and I plan to put a high railing between some of the posts and put a bar top on it to provide some seating out there.

Very nice! It's great to have a dedicated space. My wife and I did something similar with a pavilion which we dubbed the grillvilion.

Congratulations, looks great! Very nice to have a space for your outdoor cooking. I’ve shared space for years with the Patio, Deck and people in the way. I really enjoy seeing what others have done. I hope to get started on something when the COVID exaggerated building material prices come down.

Very nice indeed.  Always a plus to be handy with your hands and have some specs to work with!

I got lucky on the lumber for sure. Bought most of it right before the shortage. Also my first attempt at a concrete countertop. It worked out just fine for an outdoor kitchen.

That's a pretty awesome set-up!
