My first smoke will be a brisket. I have had a large Brinkman wood smoker for years. I am tired of babysitting it for hours. I think I will be pleased with my new smoker.

A prime brisket from COSTCO is always a good bet.

First smoke, choice CAB brisket from Sam's Club. Locally made coffee, hop rub. Very tastey.
