Hello - New Owner from North Texas
« on: July 05, 2020, 04:08:46 PM »
Hello all,
I'm a new owner of a 3D model.
First cook last night (9:30pm - 9:00am) was a brisket cooked naked at 225 F for nearly 12 hours until probe tender (IT = 202F).  This was the easiest brisket i've ever cooked.  Slept through most of it!
No fire tending or babysitting to maintain temps. Very refreshing!  Other than trimming , rubbing, resting and slicing the meat, the cooker did all the work.  I'm really going to like this cooker.  Hope it stays reliable and lasts for many years.

I hope to learn a lot from the experts here.
