Title: Grilled Tiger Shrimp, Red Curry Beans and Rice
Post by: gregbooras on April 27, 2015, 06:02:58 PM
If you have never had Tiger Shrimp, if you get the chance you have to give them a try. They are sweeter than normal shrimp and I think taste better than many kinds of lobster. For dinner I grilled 4 large Black Tiger Shrimps, along with Curried Red beans and yellow rice.

That looks so freaking.... FANTASTIC! You need to move here and become my chef. I want to move Lazy-Q to the next level!

Hey Tony,

If I had to do this for a living, I think it would take all the fun out of it :)

You were assuming I was going to pay you?  ;D  I can help you find a 8-5 job around here and then you could experiment on my family for smoked dinners. We're a great non-biased set of judges.  ;)

Hey Tony,

I would work for free, if you lived in the Keys!

Moved from Iowa 12 years ago and so happy to be away from the winters!

I enjoy the jalapeno crusted grouper @ Lazy Days but havent found a good  BBQ joint when I visit Isla Morada. Are you providing new cuinary options for the famished traveler?

I think about this every day. If my wife's family wasn't so close or I was a bachelor again it definitely wouldn't just be a thought. I despise the winters here. I went to Naples, FL and the Keys this winter and it just made me want to stay there.
