You might want to read through the Appetizers and Side Dishes topic within the forum - I believe there are some posts there on mac and cheese.   I have used Jeff's recipe for mac and cheese from smoking-meat.com...it is a crowd pleaser in my neighborhood.   I brought it to a community picnic and few years ago and it was the first covered dish to be wiped out!   Luckily I tried a spoon full before putting out for the neighbors.
