It just never gets old! 3 racks of baby backs in the 3D with mustard & Bad Byron's Butt Rub today! Of course, a water pan, 4 oz of hickory & cherry, at 225. Mmm-mmm good!

No Peek WINS again!
Moist, tender and pull away from the bone clean! These were really meaty ribs, so I went a full 6 hours. Perfect!

Those look great.. Still nothing like the taste of ribs out of these smokers and "no-peek" is my
method of smoking ribs

I have to say, this was one of the tastiest batches of ribs I've made in a while! Very meaty, tender and moist, and really flavorful. Also forgot how good Byron's Butt Rub is!

Thanks Tim! They never look as cool as on your Mexican restaurant platter, though!
