Sunday No-Peek Baby Backs!
« on: March 25, 2018, 01:15:09 PM »
It just never gets old!  3 racks of baby backs in the 3D with mustard & Bad Byron's Butt Rub today!  Of course, a water pan, 4 oz of hickory & cherry, at 225.  Mmm-mmm good! 8)

No Peek WINS again! ;D   Moist, tender and pull away from the bone clean!  These were really meaty ribs, so I went a full 6 hours.  Perfect!

 Tony;

Those look great.. Still nothing like the taste of ribs out of these smokers and "no-peek" is my
method of smoking ribs

I have to say, this was one of the tastiest batches of ribs I've made in a while!  Very meaty, tender and moist, and really flavorful.  Also forgot how good Byron's Butt Rub is!

Thanks Tim!  They never look as cool as on your Mexican restaurant platter, though! 8)
