A few weeks

Had my si2 a few weeks now , got 2 slabs of ribs , on one day , great :) then 2 chicken half, okay, then a 4.5 lb. prime rib , really good,  :) I do like this thing ! This is the first smoker I have had and it's nice, thanks guys for so much infor. In these forums,
