A few weeks

Had my si2 a few weeks now , got 2 slabs of ribs , on one day , great :) then 2 chicken half, okay, then a 4.5 lb. prime rib , really good,  :) I do like this thing ! This is the first smoker I have had and it's nice, thanks guys for so much infor. In these forums,

Welcome, and congrats, coyote!  When you have a chance, head over to the "Introductions" page and tell us a little more about yourself (smoking background, etc...).  A first name in your signature line is also a nice touch - we like to know who our new friends are! 8)
