Iíve had my #2 for about 6 or so years now , never had a bad cook, thought about getting an Auber just to play around with, but after 3 smokes with it , chicken, rib eye steak, ribs, I really like it it holds the temperature really great, set at 225- went to 233 then down to 225-226,  great before it might go to 260 or so and stay until I saw it and adjust down then down to 210 or so, but still everything turned out great.but this is much better also will shut down after temp. Or time and hold temp. That I setup, still playing around with it put so far really like it

Iíve got a #2 for over 6 years now been cooking at 225 all the time but you do get temp. swings of 30-40d never hurt my Smokin all have come out great,
But I did order an Auber last week just to try it out ,🎁
Just start smoking and have fun you will love it

Got it new and waiting on my meat probe they didnít send, playing around trying to learn beforehand a little, like if I wanted to just cook ribs for 5 hrs just change E-1-t- 5 or butt to E-1-F- 199.

Yes I called yesterday about my meat probe and they said one year on Auber,
But nothing about registration on it?
Sending my probe out yesterday, I hope

Guys does anyone have the settings for the Auber on ribs, Boston butt, chicken, and such? For an SI  3 , read a post on here but canít find it anywhere, you know c1 time c2 temp, and such.
