Smoked Fish Grouper Dip
Ingredients:
4 oz. smoked grouper (flaked)
4 oz. cream cheese
1-2 T Lemon Juice
1 T Horseradish
1 T Sour Cream
1/8 t Garlic Powder
1/8 t Onion Powder
Directions:
Place grouper, cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish, garlic powder and onion powder in a small bowl and mix until well blended. Refrigerate and serve with your favorite crackers.

Yes it did mellow out the smoke and the salt!
