I have been experimenting lately, cooking things that I might serve at the "Luau". Since I know what my SI can do, I have been experimenting on the new kid (again). I have learned the hard way not to experiment on guests, get the kinks worked out before they arrive
This was Huli Huli chicken. Overall it tasted good but there are things that I should've done differently. I will try again until I get results that I'd feel good serving guests. I have until sometime in June to get it right. If I can't get it to where
I like it, then I won't serve it. I won't serve something that is 90% right. All or nothing BABY!!
