I opened the door only once at about the 4 hour mark, because there was no more exhaust out the blow hole, not even visible humidity. I thought maybe the loaf pan was empty and things might be cooking dry. No way, pan was fuller than it started out. Clean up was pretty easy too. Wife and daughters say we have a new standing dinner engagement every Saturday night for the forseeable future. I concur.
