I may get thrown off this forum for posting something sacrilegious..

Risk nothing, gain nothing.
I only smoke pork.

"Seek, and Ye shall find!" Here's two results from a quick search for "beef ribs," in the Beef recipe section:

Not much different than smoking pork ribs. Prep by removing the membrane on the bone side, mustard/rub/wrap in plastic, let sit in the fridge overnight. Smoke @ 225-235 with hickory, mesquite, or maybe oak.

My butcher has beef ribs, but I have never tried them. They look bigger and would likely require more time in the smoker. Let us know how you make out if you try them...I might just follow you!

Hey Ron, I smoked beef ribs and they turned out great but I call them dinosaur ribs. Refer to the 2nd link which Tony (DM) posted for my post.
Although they were good, they didn't have a lot of meat on them when cooked. In my opinion I would stick to pork baby back ribs, more meat and bang for your buck, but everyone has their own opinion. I wanted to try the beef ribs to get it out of my system and I am glad I did. I may even make another run at it if I find them on sale in the future.

Sorry for not including this one, Brian! They looked great!
