Post by: SuperDave on May 03, 2018, 06:02:22 PM
Has anyone smoked these before?  Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure I've seen these in my area.  I'll be interested to see what you come up with!

The ones I get are cut thin, about 3/8”. I usually grill them hot and fast. I was just wondering if anyone had put them in the smoker.

I have used them for Korean short ribs. I wasn't impressed. Minimal meat and the price was high if I recall. Wouldn't buy again. However, they were flavorful.
