First Smoke on My New 3.5
« on: June 05, 2018, 12:06:25 PM »
As advertised - these Smokin It smokers are ridiculous!  Fit and finish and quality are commercial grade compared to some cheapo retail store "consumer grade".

I assume they are all very similar in regards to performance.  If you are not sure on size-

Get the 3.5 or larger if it fits the budget!!!!

For full brisket, slabs of ribs, multiple butts, etc.  Yes it can be done in the smaller guys, the 3.5 is the perfect size for full size pieces of meat!!!!

Love my new smoker!!

Congrats Brett.  Yes, all the smokers from SI are of the same high (superior?) quality. Enjoy!

I can’t even imagine the 4 or 5 smokers! I went 3d to be able to cook more and then the 3.5 came out. I don’t know if I would have been able to put that in the budget. Maybe, but not sure it would be needed since I have only filled the 3 a few times in a year. But they sure are amazingly built!
