Our friends brought this dish over for dinner last week. I liked it so much I made another batch.
Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
8 oz. Rotini pasta
½ cup mayo
1/3 cup sour cream
¼ cup diced mini sweet peppers
¼ cup sliced black olives
¼ cup red onion diced
¾ t. Old Bay Blackened Seasoning
1/8 t. ground black pepper
½ t. brown mustard
¼ t. sea salt
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
½ t. lemon juice
Directions:
Mix may, sour cream, old bay seasoning, mustard, sea salt, and peppers in a small bowl and mix well.
Cook pasta according to directions, remove from heat and drain and then rinse with cold water until pasta is cool. Add pasta to a larger bowl and then add the sauce and then the rest of the ingredients.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least several hours. Taste and add more mayo if needed.
