Its time to put in for swan permit. I hope I get one because Im going to smoke it. Buddy of mine got a young one last year and boy was it good. But I bet it wil;l be better smoked. :)

Smoked swan is a new one ... kuddos for breaking some new ground.  Good luck hunting and be sure to post if you bag one and run it through your Smokin-It.
