Labor Day Ribs

Thought I should spend my day off doing something productive. Here's the result. My neighbors loved it.

Perfect, as usual, Tim!  Still lovin' the Mexican restaurant menu backdrop plate!  Adds a real splash of color to whatever you cook! 8)

Thanks Tony. That tray has become my accidental trademark. I think my wife picked it up at a yard sale for a buck. When I find something that works for me I stick with it :) And this was one of the better rib smokes I've done.  Didn't do anything different, just happened to turn out exceptionally good which is always a welcome bonus when you're having guests.

Definitely don't let the wife accidentally sell that tray in a garage sale!  ;)
