Chicago style rib tips

 I wanted to do Chicago style rib tips on my #2. I couldn't find any examples of recipes that I could convert for this type of smoker. I did some thinking and a little research and decided to use the 3-2-1 method to cook them using a recipe that was supposed to be like Lem's Bar-B-Q in Chicago. I set the smoker at 240 degrees. They turned out great!
