Big Butt

12 lbs bone in

15 hours to 190 degree internal.  Cooked faster than 7lb's I've done before!

Added our favorite "juice" not really a sauce.  Nice zip to it.

1/2 for the weekend, 1/2 for the freezer.

The bigger butts definitely smoke faster per pound than the smaller ones.

I smoked a 25 and a 30 pound butts for my son's Confirmation:
