Target store Ribs

Anyone know who Target dept store sub their ribs out too? Wish I had my camera on me, but package said USA Wisc
I know Target subs out a lot of good quality food. i.e. Their bread is Pepperidge Farm, but package is a target brand and you'd never know who made it.
St Louis slabs were $10.50 per slab this week. They looked tight and nicely trimmed. Packaging was better than smithfield (wrap that is).

Not sure, John. Our Target here (NW AR) sucks. Not anything like the stores up north! Guess they have a hard time, in the heart of Wally World country. I'd say give 'em a shot, and let us know!

I'll take one for the team and try it out.
Even with my 4 year old with me, I feel old with all those yoga pants jogging around Target.
Oh wait, that's why my son loves Target!
90 degree forecast tomorrow too! Should be a hoot. (ers)

Ha! Chances are the company I work for hauled those ribs to you! We haul a lot of Cargill loads to York, out of NW Arkansas. Small world!

Hey John, I bet those will be some good ribs. Were these full slabs or St. Louis style? Sorry re-read your original post and answered my own question, is very early in the morning here. This week supposed to hit 90 one day. We have been enjoying some cool weather. But, will not last long I fear.
