Back in the saddle

After a long harsh winter, the #3 is open for business.

2 racks of babies for dinner tonight. The same recipe as before. 2 oz of apple wood, water pan, memphis dust as the rub, 235 for five hours. Can't wait for dinner. Also, a little cole slaw on the side.

I agree, working around basketball and soccer puts a cramp on smoking.
