1 st. Louis and 1 BB

I have 1 rack of each leftover that have been defrosted and rubbed down today. Plan on doing both. I know the BB will have to be pulled earlier, but I was thinking of trying the foil method this time. I know everyone has their different ways of doing things, so I am just looking for advice/opinions. Thank you in advance.

Wrapping seems to be a minority here of which I'm a member. I foil per the picture below. A couple shakes of rub, honey and a couple pats of butter.

I will give that a try thank you. Do you go by the 2-2-1, 3-2-1 or some other variety?

Baby backs are usually done in 3-1+/- .5. Spares take .5 to 1 hour longer. This is at 235 smoking temp.
