Awaiting my #2 analog this coming week. After reviewing many different smokers, and watching my friends struggle with their Traegers, I decided that Smokin-it was the best fit for my needs. Just moved from NorCal to my new home in Sun City West. Looking forward to participating here, looks like good food and good people!

Welcome from Taylor TX. I’ve only had my#2 for a couple of weeks and so far have only had time to season it. Hope to cook a pork butt in the next week or two.
