This is a great idea and you can check inventory online.

That looks like the one I use, just a different name.
Eric in New York's Hudson Valley, unless I can get out to Durango.
SI #1 in Durango, #2 in NY, and thinking about a 3D.

Saw these the other day at a restaurant supply store and thought they might be of interest.
Winco #CXP-1826. $7.50
Looked to be about 2-1/2 -3 inches deep.

Which store, Doug?  I went to Ace Mart which is really close to my house and they didn't have them.

These were in carrollton. They are also available on Amazon, but at 13.50, almost double $. Visualize corner of George Bush and I35 for general idea of location. See pic

Actually Brian, that's what this is although they call it a cover. I checked the specs and the full sheet pan cover, the one shown is 13/4" deep and the half pan cover Winco offers is 1.5 inches deep

I have been using the Max Box by Rubbermaid. It's the 5 gallon version 18x26x3.5", bit pricey $25.00 but does the trick.

Rubbermaid Commercial Food Storage Container, 5 Gallon, FG330600CLR

You can find them on Amazon.
