Controller issues
« on: December 28, 2018, 07:47:02 PM »
Smoked 2 racks of ribs and 3 shoulders today but once my timer ran out I still had 10 degrees to go on the shoulders. Tried to reset the program by hitting SET but it was just respond. Tried turning it off and on, unplugging for a few minutes and plugging back in. I can get LCK to come up if I press SET but can assist the binders with the +/- keys. It was raining today and got a little water on the top, was mostly covered though. Could that cause a malfunction like this? It did come back up to the temp I had set before, just seems it's that it won't respond to input.

Thanks!
Mathew

Welcome to the forum Mathew from SE Arizona.  Which model smoker do you have?  Is it a D model or the wi-fi model? Is it an older analog with a stand alone Auber controller?
Can you better explain the following?
"I can get LCK to come up if I press SET but can assist the binders with the +/- keys."
