Checking In from Central TX

Just received a 3.5 D Digital Wifi.  First time out with an electric smoker but have been using a Weber SMC for several years.  I got good results with the Weber and anticipate achieving the same with the Smokin-It.  At least I hope to anyway.  I haven't done any smoking in a couple of years so I feel real rusty and way out of practice.   Im in Liberty Hill, TX  just NW of Austin.
