New smoker from Tennessee
« on: December 01, 2018, 11:13:07 AM »
Thanks for all the information on the forum. I’ve been reading posts for about a month now.  I was looking for an electric smoker and I narrowed it down to 2 brands, a Cookshack and a Smokin It. The information on this forum helped me decide to purchase a 2D. I have never owned an electric smoker before. I received my new 2D yesterday and I am seasoning it now. Going to smoke a couple of racks of baby back ribs this afternoon as soon as the seasoning is complete. Thanks for all the useful information.
