Title: Model 3 series 4 does not turn on

I have made sure there is power to outlet.  Any help appreciated.

First, welcome to the forum.  Always good to say howdy.

Check all the wire connections on your smoker and inside the controller (you have a digital model?). Just be gentle removing the controller.  It is quite possible that there is a loose connection.
