Mrs. RG decided it was time for some rib and butt action. So, her wish was my command. There are no on the smoker pics involved here, the ribs were done on the Traeger and the butt was done on the SI#3. I didn't brine it, just a mustard slather and Steph's (Mrs. RG) pork rub.

Let the pork buffet begin!

Hey RG, Let's talk about the onion rings, is the recipe a secret or can it be shared. I have been looking for a good recipe and those really looked good. Actually the whole plate was really good looking. Nice spread...
