FedEx dropped a #2 on my porch
« on: June 05, 2020, 02:30:05 PM »
Hey yall!
Out here in Pasadena TX putting some heat on the new toy. Glad to be back on a solid electric. I'll have a lot of fun with it. Had given up on the shelf brands long ago.

First taste of an electric smoke around 16ish was from a friends Dad who had bought a water smoker and it turned out an awesome brisket. It was a little on the pot roast side but still made a memory. When out on my own the condos wouldn't allow open flames so that's when I started with my 1st bullet and several other electric smokers.

Guess I've been burning meat for around 30 years. Mainly smoke brisket, clod, and ribs. Turkeys on the holidays.

Nice forum, users, and a lot great info!
See yall soon! - Shawn

Thank ya kindly everybody!

Welcome from the land of enchantment!

For the life of me I can only find one pic and a couple videos of the 250. I'll get some better shots next time it's out of storage or find the ones I know I have.

The last two are my buds monster. I'm usually off the rig in a lounge chair beer in hand. Otherwise we'll argue.

Wow! Those are impressive! But, definitely not every day cookers unless you are running a restaurant or something of the like! But would be neat to see one of those up close and fully loaded!

Thanks for sharing!

The big one is in rodeo comps. Pretty much they don't get lit unless there's a reason for 10 briskets. They are a lot of work and boring working them alone. I guess it'd be a different boring of money was coming in lol.
