Title: First Smoke

Yesterday was the burn-in. Today is the test run to see what it can do before we get 'serious'. Did a rack of ribs, almonds and a few jalapenos that I had in the fridge.  I live on a keto program so my rub, spritz and sauces are all sugar free.

This smoker makes the process of smoking super stupid from my previous stick burner. But the enjoyment of eating my Q is still very much intact.  ;D ;D ;D

Good stuff! Especially with the almonds! I’ll have to try that.

Ribs were also my first cook with my 3D.
